Schön is a 40 seat cafe, bar & restaurant offering a comfortable dining atmosphere at an affordable price. 
Schön is a commercially operated subsidiary of Hospitality Training Australia that offers students the opportunity to gain practical competence, that is to put skills into practice so that learning from practice can occur.
Schön is located at 112 Peel Street, North Melbourne, adjacent to the Queen Victoria Market on the fringe of Melbourne’s Central Business District.

The espresso bar is located at the front of Schön on Peel Street and services those in a hurry either to or from the Queen Victoria Market and those working in the area. The espresso bar is open:

The cafe offer an all day breakfast and take away lunch menu servicing predominantly the local business community, visitors to the Queen Victoria Market and locals to the area. The cafe is open:
