Fees & Charges Policy.
2008 Fees & Charges Policy
The Department of Innovation, Industry and Regional Development 2008 Government Funded Training Places Program fees and charges, effective 1st January 2008, requires all registered training providers to charge the following annual tuition contribution for the following traineeship and apprenticeship:
Courses: Tuition Contribution Year 1 (paid at commencement of program)
- Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations) $277.50
- Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) $438.50
- Certificate III in Hospitality (Food & Beverage) $366.00
- Certificate III in Hospitality (Catering Operations) $438.50
- Certificate III in Hospitality (Front Office) $322.00
- Certificate III in Hospitality (Housekeeping) $211.00
- Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) $479.00
Tuition Contribution Year 2 (paid at completion of the program)
- Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations) $277.50
- Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) $438.50
- Certificate III in Hospitality (Food & Beverage) $366.00
- Certificate III in Hospitality (Catering Operations) $438.50
- Certificate III in Hospitality (Front Office) $322.00
- Certificate III in Hospitality (Housekeeping) $211.00
Concession eligibility applies to all Apprentices/Trainees that hold:
- A Commonwealth Health Care Card
- Pensioners Concession Card
- Veterans Gold Card
Concession Rate
Many of your apprentices or trainees may be eligible for a concession rate of $55.00. In order to be eligible for a concession rate Hospitality Training Australia requires a photocopy of the appropriate concession card (Commonwealth Health Care Card, Pensioners Concession Card or a Veterans Gold Card). These documents need to be faxed 03 9639 5600 or mailed to Level 4, 250 Collins Street, Melbourne 3000 at the time of the enrolment.
